Overview

The product that is purchased online from Colour Goods can be refunded subject to certain conditions.

For such requests for refunds, please provide the pictures of items and proof of purchase, together with a valid reason for the refund request to our email at sales@colourgoods.com.The refund request will be informed via email to the registered account, whether the request can be processed.

Any refund request has to be submitted within 14 days of the purchased product to be a valid request.

If the refund request has been approved, the refund will be returned from the same form of payment used to purchase the product, within 7 to 14 days from the approved request date.

Customers may request cancellation within 14 days from the date of purchase if:

1) Customer did not receive the email within 2 working days.

2) Customer received an incorrect/invalid email that differs from his purchase.

The customer will obtain the refund in the same form of payment used to purchase the product by the customer.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@colourgoods.com.


Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
